Larimar Stone in Sterling Silver Necklace Navajo Handmade

Larimar is a rare form of Pectolite. The beautiful blue coloring and pattern of the stone captures the colors of the Caribbean Ocean, which is fitting since it is only found in the Dominican Republic. The name comes from the combination of Larissa and Mar and was given to the stone by a Dominican who named the stone after his daughter Larissa and Mar, the Spanish word for sea. It's powers are believed to help us view events from different perspectives, to soften and enlighten, to heal the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual body.
