All major credit cards & Paypal are accepted. Items will not be shipped until your payment is fully processed.
All items are packaged with care! (There's nothing worse than getting a damaged item, so they are wrapped with extra padding). Items over $100 are shipped via USPS flat rate and a tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped.
If a package is received back in the mail, the item will automatically be restocked and you will be required to pay the additional shipping charges.

Q. I received my item and it looks different than in the photo?
A. Each item is hand made, and each stone is unique, as such, there will be natural variation on listings where there are multiple items available. Also keep in mind that lighting and computer monitors can slightly change the appearance.
